These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cannonball Garage website (“Site”) and the purchase of our products, including clothing and small tool kits (“Products”). By accessing our Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site or purchasing Products, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

2. Eligibility
To purchase Products from Cannonball Garage, you must be at least 18 years old or have written permission from a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are bound to pay for said goods/ services.

3. Product Descriptions

Cannonball Garage aims to provide accurate descriptions of our Products. However, wedo not warrant that the descriptions, colors, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to update product descriptions as needed, with or without notice to our customers. If a Product offered by Cannonball Garage is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. In this scenario, please contact Cannonball Garage to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) prior to returning the product. Any returns should be sent with a tracking number.

4. Pricing and Payment
• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Wire transfer or cashier/bank-certified check?

5. Order Processing and Shipping
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Business Days do not include Federal Holidays, Illinois State Holidays, or any other day that Cannonball Garage is closed due to decision made by Management.

• Shipping: Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Cannonball Garage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges
• Return Policy: You may return Products within 15 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the Products are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We reserve the right to inspect returns after received at Cannonball Garage before issuing a refund or exchange.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a Product, please contact our customer service team at sales@cannonballgarage.com for assistance.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Cannonball Garage or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the Site or its content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Cannonball Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, l, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of Products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) at issue.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cannonball Garage, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Kane County, Illinois.

11. Changes to Terms
Cannonball Garage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon writing. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
